The monthly support contract aims to offer support and help desk services, computer network configuration, preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, in order to provide stability, security, and improvements in your company’s IT area. For greater reliability and security, services are performed at the contracting party’s headquarters. Our contracts are designed and customized according to our client’s needs, our rates are fixed, and additional fees will only be charged for parts replacement after approval by the contracting party.
